Plaza Five Fifty Five has been home to Sacramento’s most distinguished professional services firms and non-profit associations for more than four decades. Bank of America’s Regional Headquarters and CB Richard Ellis are located at Plaza Five Fifty Five, which serves as home to Sacramento's most prominent law and accounting firms.

Some tenants have occupied the building since the day it opened. Others have grown up with Plaza Five Fifty Five: about 40% of tenants have expanded their space since first moving in. Today, more than half of The Plaza’s tenants occupy one-half floor or more space.

Plaza Five Fifty Five offers tenants a sense of community that is unique to office environments. Tenants tend to know each other and participate in craft shows, art exhibits and book fairs hosted in lobby.
